At the municipal level, topographic surveys are necessary for the registration of land ownership, as well as for public works, tax assignments, statistics and censuses among many other applications. For the update or rectification of terrain data, one of the requirements that the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito requests is the georeferenced planimetric survey plan in the Space Reference System for the Metropolitan District of Quito (SIRES - DMQ).


In this context, to rectify the data of the farm "La Perla del Chirapi", the objective of the project is to carry out the topographic survey in order to make the necessary modifications in the cadastral database of the Municipal District of the Metropolitan District of Quito.
